Apparently our owl pumpkin was expecting 
. My five year old went to the pumpkin patch yesterday and brought home another little pumpkin that he insisted on decorating immediately. While standing in line at the grocery store, I was flipping through a Family Circle magazine and saw a similar idea to my candy corn pumpkin! They used white pumpkins and sunflower seeds to create the look. I loved the idea of a white pumpkin so we painted the little guy and hot glued on some sunflower seeds. So simple and so cute. Now my boys want a Daddy and another baby to complete the family. We’ll see…
I can hardly decide which one is cuter. (Although with my dislike for Candy Corn…Gasp!!!)I think I will be doing both. The white one is adorable. Great idea with the hot glue.

Too cute! I was searching the wab last night for ideas. And came across a pumpkin that had half sunflower eyes and nuts for feet and a nose! lol It was cute! Have fun making your family of pumpkins! lol
